What You’ll Do:

As a DeFi Analyst, you will be the go-to expert for our DeFi and Market Making business. Your key responsibilities will include researching various DeFi protocols, collaborating on strategic partnerships with the Business Development team, and conducting advisory and research tasks. Additionally, you will assist in producing research articles for internal and external audiences, as well as actively engaging in community forums and governance discussions. The DeFi analyst will collaborate closely with our Trading team and Business Development team to identify promising opportunities and projects to partake in.

Job responsibilities might include:

• Conducting thorough analysis of DeFi protocols to identify potential investment prospects.
• Exploring, researching, and analyzing DeFi staking, farming, and trading opportunities.
• Evaluating and assisting in monitoring risks associated with current DeFi activities within the company.
• Seeking opportunities to collaborate with projects that align with our strategic objectives.
• Providing advisory support to the team on emerging trends and technologies in the DeFi space.
• Performing on-chain analysis to observe the behaviors of other participants.
• Collaborating with the marketing team and trading team to develop insightful research articles and content.
• Participating in community forums and engaging in governance discussions.
• Staying updated on the latest developments in DeFi to inform decision-making.

Position Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in DeFi, blockchain technology, or cryptocurrency markets.
• A deep passion for decentralized finance and a solid understanding of its protocols.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
