Scope of Work:
Develop and enhance cryptocurrency portfolios through the application of quantitative strategies to ensure consistent returns.
Supervise and fine-tune risk/reward ratios to optimize portfolio performance.
Implement passive market-making strategies on decentralized exchange platforms (like Uniswap) by ensuring timely rebalancing and effective price band management.
Strategize optimal rebalancing schedules and price band optimizations for Uniswap liquidity pools.
Analyze and estimate fees as well as assess profitability from diverse liquidity pools to identify the most lucrative opportunities.
Offer on-demand insights, including profit evaluations and risk management strategies for new projects.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated proficiency in live DeFi trading.
Strong command over on-chain research, statistical analysis, and risk assessment practices.
Proficient in programming languages like Python, Solidity, or equivalents for the implementation of trading strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency ecosystems, encompassing DeFi, tokenomics, and blockchain technologies.
Proven track record of effectively managing cryptocurrency portfolios with a focus on profitability.
Keen interest in exploring emerging technologies and staying updated on cutting-edge blockchain research.
VIP Customer Relationship Officer (Remote)
Oversee the operation and VIP customer management
Responsible for transactions, new additions and asset accumulation data of major customers
Provide one-to-one services for high-level customers, and match services according to customer needs
Monitor the transaction data of VIP major customers, actively provide strategies and promote implementation
What you'll need
At least 1-2 years in VIP customer management
Preferable in exchange, Web3 industry major customer (VIP) operation experience
Proficient in Korean and English or Chinese can be used as business communication
Good in communication and responsive
