Deputy Head of Compliance, France

Responsibilities:

• Design and establish compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct internal reviews to ensure compliance with policies
• Serve as the point of contact for the French regulatory authority
• Monitor compliance incidents and respond accordingly

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist in all compliance and regulatory matters, including registration support
• Provide regular reports and strategic direction to senior management regarding compliance
• Coordinate regulatory filings in foreign jurisdictions
• Carry out studies on regulations and liaise with relevant authorities
• Track compliance for new product and service launches
• Collaborate with other departments on special compliance projects
• Foster effective collaboration with the Global Compliance team
• Develop training materials and maintain records of training activities
• Ensure compliance with Binance's Anti-Money Laundering procedures
• Conduct AML trainings and prepare related reports

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of compliance experience in a reputable multinational company, preferably in fintech or finance
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated experience in management and leadership
• Crypto knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to be entrepreneurial, innovative, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
