Responsibilities

• Drive Business Growth: Take charge of expanding our market share in spot trading by collaborating with various teams and spotting growth opportunities.

• Strategy Planning: Develop a strategic roadmap for business growth in alignment with key stakeholders, utilizing a strong understanding of the industry and user needs.

• KPI Definition and Tracking: Possess strong data analysis skills to extract crucial insights, define, monitor, and enhance KPI metrics.

• Optimize Operational Processes and Structure: Establish a highly efficient daily operational framework to support rapid business growth.

• Product and Tool Optimization: Lead initiatives to refine products and tools for achieving business goals.

• Cross BU Alignment: Foster partnerships and collaboration with relevant Business Units to optimize outcomes for both Spot trading and other units.

  Requirements

• 8-10 years of pertinent experience in the financial/crypto industry.

• Sound knowledge of financial and blockchain businesses, particularly in trading strategy, trade structuring, and inter-division partnerships.

• Ability to engage clients for sales pitches alongside cross-unit team members.

• Independence in problem-solving with minimal supervision and capability to guide team members through challenges.

• Logical thinking, adept at leveraging data for solutions.

• Strong critical thinking, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and quick to adapt.
