We are in search of a resourceful professional to join us as a Senior DevOps Engineer or DevOps Architect, tasked with enhancing our infrastructure and configuration management capabilities. In this pivotal role, candidates are required to utilize their expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale critical systems, with duties encompassing crafting and improving infrastructure solutions, driving enhancements in deployment processes, and aiding in system migrations by collaborating closely with the Development and QA teams. The main responsibilities include leading advancements in infrastructure design, automating operational workflows, improving system observability, and resolving production issues efficiently through scalable and resilient solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain tools to automate operational tasks and boost engineering productivity
• Streamline continuous delivery processes and establish capacity management solutions as needed
• Design and execute configurations and infrastructure solutions for internal deployments
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues promptly
• Report, track, and resolve technical concerns within set timelines
• Offer insights for architectural enhancements and process optimizations
• Assess new technological options and vendor products to align with business objectives
• Uphold critical system security standards through the implementation of top-notch security measures

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, supporting sizeable production systems
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong comprehension of Linux-based environments
• History of working in vast, distributed settings
• Competent in programming languages like Python, Go, or equivalent
• Proficient with tools such as Docker, Ansible, Terraform, and related technologies
• Background with Kafka and Elasticsearch considered advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering
