Digital Assets Business Development Manager
Flow Traders seeks a proficient Business Development specialist skilled in digital assets to join the team in New York. Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage in new business and strategic partnerships within the United States, Canada, and Latin America, with a primary focus on liquidity provisioning for projects in these regions.
- Develop, evaluate, and execute regional business development strategies, assist in establishing operations in new territories, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Build and reinforce relationships with key stakeholders in the digital asset industry, such as venture firms, exchanges, custodians, lenders, infrastructure providers, and crypto-native and institutional OTC entities in AMER.
- Work independently in a flexible framework, concentrating on exploring and expanding business prospects across the AMER region.
- Represent Flow Traders at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Over 2 years of relevant experience in the crypto ecosystem within high-performance entities.
- Extensive network within the crypto ecosystem including protocols, projects, tokens, and investors.
- Profound expertise in a specific sector of the digital asset space like DeFi, GameFi, SocialFi, or Infrastructure.
- Thorough understanding of the AMER digital asset landscape and the ability to identify and explain current trends.
- Enthusiasm and capacity to understand blockchain technologies, algorithmic trading, and liquidity provisioning.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset.
The total compensation for this position in accordance with NYC salary transparency law is a base salary between $105,000 and $125,000, supplemented by annual discretionary variable remuneration.
