Description
As a specialist in digital content and landing pages, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing landing pages for Google search keywords and paid ads. You will also handle creative requests from various teams including Growth user acquisition, CRM, and campaign teams. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to ensure content is strategically aligned with Growth goals and enhanced for improved performance. Proficiency in social channels and utilizing creative data analytics for data-driven decision-making are desired skills. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, analytical capabilities, and project management proficiency in a remote working-friendly team environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project management processes and optimize landing pages for Google search keyword paid ads.
- Develop a creative schedule to meet KPI objectives.
- Handle creative requests from Growth user acquisition, CRM, and campaign teams in line with campaign goals.
- Track and report landing page performance using analytics tools.
- Maintain content consistency following the direction of the Growth Creative Director.
- Collaborate with Growth Creative, development, and UA teams to improve landing page effectiveness.
- Use creative data analytic skills to enhance content performance and make informed decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform content plans.
- Efficiently manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across multiple projects.
- Optimize resource management for effective project delivery.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or related field.
- Possess 5-8 years of project management and relevant experiential background.
- Demonstrate expertise in digital content creation and project management.
- Solid understanding of Google Ads and keyword optimization strategies.
- Experience managing creative requests from diverse marketing teams.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools.
- Proficiency in creative data analytics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects successfully under deadlines.
- Exhibit creativity with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Skilled in creative campaign management to align execution with growth objectives and KPIs.
- Proficient in data-driven decision-making by analyzing data insights for strategic campaign optimization.
- Capable in cross-channel coordination to maintain brand consistency across various platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and external partners.
- Agile project management abilities to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Develop effective creative strategies tailored to distinct target audiences.
- Result-oriented with keen attention to detail for error-free and optimized creative assets.
