2. Current situation:
The company has raised $5 million previously. Swisstronik has already closed on its first deal in the ongoing private token sale, with MAQ Capital Home, a UAE-based venture capital represented by Mohammed Abdul Qadir Jihad. This led to MAQ Capital Home acquiring $500,000 worth of future SWTR tokens, which would allow the VC to engage with and contribute to Swisstronik’s ecosystem.
Swisstronik’s private token sale is scheduled to run until mid-2024, followed by the public sale of SWTR in the second half of the year.
Currently one of the core tasks is to increase the number of developers using Swisstronik as well as attract retail audience that will be supporting token sale.
Thus, the company’s leadership team is looking for a proactive, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who would be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment with a distributed, international team, reporting to the CMO and the Marketing Lead.
3. Key goal:
To maximize the number of target leads and community members and minimize the CAC. Your responsibilities cover the digital functions, including the design and implementation of integrated demand-generation campaigns and lead-generation management through influencer marketing, email & content marketing, SEM, affiliate marketing, or any other digital channel/tool/approach that would let us hit our goals given the Crypto industry’s limitations.
4. Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of the digital marketing strategy by running continuous research to gain more insights on thetarget audiences’ behavior, preferences, channels of presence, and ways to engage and onboard them, and learn and implement the best lead generation practices in crypto to maximize the efficiency of the team’s marketing efforts
Develop lead-generation strategies that would boost website traffic, product registrations, email subscriptions, and/or social media community growth; Iterate on strategies/channels/messaging based on data-driven findings to improve lead-generation and conversion outcomes.
Identify potential partnerships and collaboration opportunities within the crypto/regtech ecosystem to expand the company’s reach and enhance lead generation efforts.
Support an effective cross-channel digital marketing strategy through influencer marketing, email & content marketing, SEM, affiliate marketing and/or any other digital channel/tool/approach that would help us hit the company’s goals with maximum efficiency.
Collaborate with agencies, partners, and other team members, including cross-function (developer relations manager, social media and community managers, copywriter, digital

Define and run multi-touch and cross-channel digital demand generation campaigns with frictionless customer journeys to create and capture demand in diverse target audiences banalyst, designers, etc) to streamline all activities along the funnel, including the creation of engaging and informative content that resonates with the target audience and supports lead generation efforts (web pages, social media posts, videos, streams/webinars, emails, etc).
Implement and manage marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing and scoring, to deliver personalized experiences for prospects and leads.
Monitor campaign performance and report on it on an ongoing basis with the Digital Analyst.
Develop and oversee any contests, giveaways, and other interactive activities in your campaigns.
5. Background:
Advanced written English; Fluent German, Spanish, French, Russian, or Italian would be a plus.
3+ years of experience in a similar position; Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing software, ad managers, and marketing automation systems; SMM-savvy.
Market research skills; understanding of the key concepts: funnels, JTBDs, etc
Excellent project management, content management, and analytical abilities.
Understanding of crypto customer behaviors, tech, regulations, and industry-specific
challenges.
Can-do attitude, high level of responsibility, ability to work autonomously and manage
distributed teams in a fast-paced startup environment under tight deadlines.
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering is a plus
