Director, Affiliates & Broker Relations
Our company is seeking a skilled professional to fulfill the role of leading our Affiliates & Broker Relations department. This position will involve strategizing the expansion of our organization by effectively managing two distinct yet interconnected areas: utilizing KOLs/Affiliates for retail impact and engaging with the technical framework of B2B Brokerage.
This pivotal leadership position necessitates a unique fusion of profound understanding in the cryptocurrency space, social acumen, and expertise in institutional finance. The primary responsibilities will include formulating strategies to attract new users through collaboration with top content creators and concurrently establishing the necessary API infrastructure for fintechs and brokers to capitalize on our liquidity. The role extends beyond managing partnerships to shaping the market depth and brand dominance of our company as a global industry frontrunner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish an integrated global strategy for both Affiliate and Broker channels to drive user acquisitions and trading volumes.
- Architect competitive commission models and incentives, refine API integration processes, and formulate unparalleled value propositions for our programs.
- Manage partnership budgets to ensure positive ROI across various deals.
- Lead the negotiation and closure of substantial partnership agreements with leading media outlets, influential personalities, and major financial entities.
- Spearhead relationships with B2B brokers, fintech firms, and white-label partners to position our offerings as the preferred choice for digital assets.
- Provide top-tier partner support, swiftly resolving any technical or commercial challenges that may arise.
- Monitor social media and fintech trends to stay ahead of market shifts.
- Act as a key representative of the company at global conferences and industry events.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Growth Marketing, with at least 4 years in Crypto or Fintech sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing influencer/affiliate networks and institutional broker relationships.
- Strong grasp of API integrations, liquidity provision, and blockchain ecosystems, with an ability to translate technical concepts to business advantages.
- Extensive network including prominent crypto KOLs, global media entities, and key figures in the brokerage/fintech field.
- Proven track record of scaling partnership programs to drive substantial revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication skills in professional English, capable of engaging with social media creators and high-level executives alike.
