Director of Stablecoin Payments — Crypto-Native Execution Lead (EU / East Coast Only)

About the Role:

As the Director of Stablecoin Payments at Notabene, you will drive the practical execution of the organization's stablecoin strategy by implementing ecosystem knowledge into live integrations and product ventures. Working closely with the CEO, you will oversee the transformation of concepts into tangible payment flows and integrations.

In this role, you will be a key contributor with extensive domain expertise, acting as the bridge between stablecoin markets and Notabene's internal product, engineering, and compliance teams.

Ownership:

• Lead stablecoin integration projects from inception to launch, including partner identification and onboarding
• Translate issuer and protocol requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Act as the face of Notabene to major players in the crypto ecosystem, such as issuers, liquidity providers, and wallet teams
• Drive experimentation initiatives from concept to implementation to boost transaction volume
• Provide insights derived from market observations for refining product roadmap priorities

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payments, fintech, or crypto product roles
• At least 2 years of experience at a payment provider, PSP, or similar organization with a focus on integrations
• Deep understanding of stablecoin design, ecosystem participants, and value mechanisms
• Track record of launching or contributing to early-stage products successfully
• Ability to independently lead execution while maintaining alignment with senior leadership

Preferred:

• Exposure to both traditional payment systems and DeFi environments
• Comfort in navigating the regulatory uncertainties within crypto markets
• Previous involvement in wallet infrastructure or embedded finance tools
