Director, Product Delivery

The team responsible for project management and delivery ensures the successful delivery of high-quality product offerings across all platforms. Collaborating with various stakeholders, they address obstacles, effectively manage timelines, and optimize workflows and tools to enhance release efficiency for all product launches.

As a senior member of the Product Delivery team, you will closely collaborate with Delivery colleagues, Product, Engineering, and key stakeholders to shape the future of user transactions involving Cryptocurrencies. The Delivery team plays a pivotal role in keeping all stakeholders aligned and accountable for project delivery timelines. Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Product Officer in formulating and communicating clear strategies and roadmaps to support the organization's evolution into an innovative, product-oriented entity.
• Lead large-scale, intricate cross-team technology initiatives, ensuring the clear definition of requirements for new products and feature enhancements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Security, and other teams to articulate requirements, estimate workloads, define milestones, and manage resources effectively.
• Spearhead projects from concept to deployment, tracking progress, resolving dependencies, evaluating risks, and providing regular updates to management and project stakeholders.
• Define and monitor metrics related to project goals, utilizing data-driven insights to drive decisions and promptly escalate any issues or blockers for resolution.
• Coordinate technology initiatives with business feature deliveries to align team efforts and prioritize tasks based on mutual goals.
• Create and maintain documentation for various stakeholders, including production support guidelines and API specifications.
• Streamline deployment workflows and enhance knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant project and/or program management experience within a software development environment.
• Experience in software consulting is a bonus.
• Profound understanding of the crypto and innovation spaces, with exposure to crypto projects, token development, and smart contracts.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with proven experience working with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to align multiple groups towards shared objectives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; mentoring abilities are advantageous.
• Display clarity of thinking, resourcefulness, and adept decision-making under tight timelines and constraints.
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English, coupled with familiarity with JIRA/Confluence and strong Excel skills.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, CSM, PSM, ACP.
