Responsibilities:
We seek an experienced leader in Product Marketing who is enthusiastic, strategic, and customer-centric to join our Product Marketing team. In this role, you will oversee the vision, strategy, positioning, and messaging for both new and existing product launches to drive business growth across various customer segments, partners, and use cases. Collaborating with diverse teams such as revenue, product management, demand generation, communications, brand, and executive leadership, you will play a vital role in shaping Circle’s roadmap, from insight gathering to product positioning, go-to-market plans, and the execution of key launches advancing our business forward.
Tasks Include:
- Establishing, nurturing, and mentoring a global team of product marketers focused on customer solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across product management, marketing, leadership, and customer-facing roles to deliver successful product launches on a global scale
- Generating data-driven insights to inform product and marketing strategies
- Crafting innovative packages and messages to foster growth and engagement
- Creating in-depth competitive analyses to inform strategic decision-making
- Supporting partner promotions, brand campaigns, and other marketing efforts to boost product adoption

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience, preferably in a B2B context
- 5+ years leading product marketing teams in B2B companies
- Proven success in driving rapid growth of innovative technologies
- Strong grasp of platform services businesses, with experience in Payments, Fintech, or Blockchain considered a plus
- Ability to coach, nurture, and cultivate a diverse global team of Product Marketing Managers
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding critical thinking, written, and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments and organizing chaos
- Passion for the cryptocurrency space and ongoing learning
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Macbook preferred
Additional Details:
- The position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates
- Salaries are determined based on various factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and organizational requirements
Base Pay Range: $197,500 - $255,000
Annual Bonus Target: 20%
Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)), discretionary vacation policy, 10 days paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
