Responsibilities:
Seeking an adept Product Marketing leader who possesses a strategic vision and customer-centric approach to join our team. Facilitating the strategy, positioning, and messaging for new and existing products across diverse audiences, partners, and use cases at Circle to promote business growth. Successful candidates will effectively collaborate with internal teams such as revenue, product and brand management, demand generation, and leadership, as well as external partners and customers. This role involves shaping Circle's product roadmap through competitive analysis, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies to drive organizational progress.
Key Functions Include:
- Enhancing and mentoring a global team of product marketers focused on tailored customer solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch global products, spanning from validating and positioning to executing robust go-to-market strategies.
- Generating data-driven insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Crafting narratives for improved growth and engagement; constructing comprehensive competitor analysis for strategic positioning.
- Supporting promotional activities for partners, brand campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to boost product adoption.

Key Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience, preferably in B2B environments.
- More than 5 years of experience leading product marketing teams.
- Direct experience in driving growth for innovative technologies.
- Proficiency in platform services with an ability to engage in complex technical discussions.
- Background in Payments, Fintech, or Blockchain technology is advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and foster diverse teams toward shared goals.
- Demonstrated executive influence across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for compelling storytelling to various demographics.
- Proficiency in managing chaos and bringing structure in an evolving environment.
- Keen interest in cryptocurrencies and a penchant for continuous learning.
Additional Details:
- Eligibility for day-one PERM sponsorship.
- Compensation based on relevant experience, skills, and business needs.
- Compensation Package: $197,500 - $255,000 (Base Pay Range) + 20% Annual Bonus Target.
- Benefits include equity, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays annually in the U.S.
