Job Summary
Brave is searching for an experienced professional to join our ad sales team on the East Coast. In this role, you will focus on identifying and developing relationships with advertising clients and promoting ad placements within the Brave Ecosystem. Candidates located within the tri-state area in the USA are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential advertising clients, both directly with brands and through agencies, to drive revenue growth for Brave.
- Create and present innovative proposals that deliver value to both Brave and potential customers.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, ranging from C-level executives to functional leads.
- Manage and expand a pipeline of potential advertiser leads in priority industries.
- Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and account management teams to onboard new partners and enhance existing relationships.
- Contribute to strategic discussions around partnership initiatives and the platform roadmap.
Qualifications
- Possess an advanced 4-year degree in Technology or Business; an MS or MBA is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in ad sales.
- Proven success in selling a range of advertising products, including search, managed service, and self-serve campaigns.
- Familiarity with distribution and licensing agreements with partners is an advantage.
- Proficient in structuring and executing complex business deals.
- Exceptionally organized in managing pre-sale, sale, and collaboration with client service teams.
- Skilled in delivering executive-level presentations internally and externally.
- At least 7 years of experience in business and advertising sales.

This role offers a base salary range of $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 USD, depending on experience, with an OTE range of $300,000-$360,000.
