DREX, Business Development Manager

Role Summary:
We seek an individual with a profound interest in digital assets, blockchain technology, and the evolution of finance, who also possesses experience in business development and an in-depth understanding of Brazil's financial landscape. This role will involve driving adoption and growth of Digital Real (DREX) solutions in the Brazilian markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a go-to-market strategy for DREX in Brazil.
- Cultivate and oversee relationships with financial institutions, fintechs, and corporate partners.
- Identify potential business opportunities and foster partnerships to boost adoption.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with market requirements.
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within fintech, payments, or digital assets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Brazil’s financial sector, including DREX, open banking, and digital payments.
- Proficiency in navigating complex regulatory frameworks and engaging with key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish proficiency is an advantage).
