Earn Operation and User Growth

Responsibilities:

• Support the team in the day-to-day operations of Simple Earn Flexible Products.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address any issues related to Simple Earn Flexible Products.
• Develop and implement user growth strategies, such as user education, AMA sessions, and marketing activities.
• Identify and pursue marketing collaboration opportunities with external partners.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams for smooth product operation and execution of marketing plans.
• Analyze data to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and product growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, defi protocols, product management, marketing, or user growth.
• Strong logical thinking, communication skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to learn quickly.
• Thorough understanding of Binance and competitors' Earn Products and Services, along with knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain-related terminology and trends.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and writing skills.
