Ecosystem & Partnerships Manager (Web3)

We're seeking an experienced Chief Business Development Officer to drive our growth strategy and establish key partnerships in the crypto/web3 space. As CBDO, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding our market presence globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company vision
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, collaborations, and integration opportunities with protocols, exchanges, and web3 projects
Lead negotiations for high-value deals and partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and industry leaders
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Represent the company at conferences, events, and in the broader crypto community
Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to align BD initiatives
Drive revenue growth through new channels and business models
Manage and mentor the business development team
Report directly to CEO on BD performance metrics and pipeline

Execute outreach campaigns and serve as the primary point of contact between our company and potential partners, projects, and exchanges. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, initiating conversations, and building relationships that can develop into strategic partnerships. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence in outreach efforts, and the ability to represent our company professionally while managing multiple conversations simultaneously. You'll work closely with BD Managers and the BD Lead to qualify opportunities and facilitate warm handoffs for deal progression.

Coordinate meetings and facilitate introductions between stakeholders

You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and expansion. We're looking for results-driven professionals who can navigate complex B2B sales processes, understand client needs deeply, and work cross-functionally with product and technical teams to deliver solutions that drive mutual success.

What You Will Do
Hunt: Identify potential clients daily (New token launches on Solana/Base, quiet Twitter accounts with high trading volume).
Engage: Reach out via Twitter DMs, Telegram, or Discord. You know where founders hang out.
Close: Sell our Subscription Plans ($199/mo) and "Whale Packs" ($500+). The value proposition is simple: "We make your project look alive."
Build: Recruit your own network of sub-affiliates and agency partners to scale your income.
Who You Are
Native to Web3: You know what "WAGMI", "CT", and "Spaces" mean. You understand the urgency of a token launch.
Hustler: You don't wait for inbound leads. You generate them.
Independent: You work from anywhere, anytime. We care about results (revenue), not hours.
Experience in selling marketing services, SaaS, or shilling services is a huge plus.
