Description
We are seeking a motivated team player to contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of software for various venture projects closely tied to our core businesses. These fast-paced projects require a lean team that can bootstrap efficiently. As part of our team, you will play a key role in designing components for scalable applications, spanning from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Stay engaged in continuous learning and growth

- Drive the implementation of technical upgrades to meet business requirements
- Work on projects including customer onboarding, compliance tools, marketing & CRM enhancements, and crypto deposits/withdrawals

- Develop full-stack solutions, including user interactions, backend development, and database management
- Ensure high availability of operations portals
- Conduct experiments and build MVPs to test new ideas and products
Requirements
- Proficiency in end-to-end web application development
- Experience with at least one backend language and modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
- In-depth knowledge of Git workflow and testing practices
- Strong English communication skills
- Bonus points for experience in account auditing, teaching coding skills, functional programming, and DevOps
