Elixir Developer (Business Automation)

We are a dedicated team responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for a variety of ventures projects closely linked to our core businesses. These projects are rapidly bootstrapped using a lean team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing different components to support scalable applications, spanning from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead technical initiatives to meet complex business requirements

• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to deliver cutting-edge features and improve internal tools
• Take ownership of full-stack development, including designing website user interfaces and developing backend systems
• Manage and maintain operations portals with high availability standards
• Conduct experiments and build MVPs to validate new ideas and products

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in end-to-end web application development
• Experience with at least one backend language and a modern JavaScript framework (such as React, Vue, Angular)
• Strong knowledge of Git workflow and testing practices
• Excellent English communication skills
• Bonus experience in areas like account auditing and teaching coding or SRE-related skills
• Familiarity with functional programming, DevOps practices, and monitoring tools
