Elixir Developer (Business Automation)

We are seeking individuals to join our team responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for various entrepreneurial projects that operate alongside our primary business ventures. As a part of this team, you will play a key role in shaping the design of different components within scalable applications, spanning from frontend user interfaces to backend infrastructure.

Team Overview

Our Business Automation team focuses on building innovative software, tools, and automation solutions crucial for operating a leading cryptocurrency company.

Responsibilities

• Continuously seek opportunities for learning and growth
• Encourage a dynamic exchange of ideas and foster a problem-solving mindset
• Take charge of operational facets such as token price pages, internal portals, and custom tools utilized within the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Work on diverse projects including customer onboarding, compliance, marketing tools, UI/UX design, and optimization of crypto transactions
• Partner with technical and non-technical teams to deliver cutting-edge features and enhance internal tools
• Lead full-stack development efforts by designing user interactions, creating server and database functionality, and maintaining high-availability operations portals
• Conduct experiments and develop MVPs to test and validate concepts and products

Requirements

• Proficiency in end-to-end web application development
• Familiarity with at least one backend language
• Experience with a modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
• Skilled in Git workflow and testing practices
• Strong English communication skills
• Bonus points for account auditing experience and knowledge of functional programming, DevOps, and SRE-related skills
