Employment Counsel
About Toku
The rapid growth of the crypto industry has brought about the need for regulation. Toku believes that regulation is a positive development as it paves the way for global access to cryptocurrencies. Toku aims to be at the forefront of companies facilitating this transition from pre-regulation to post-regulation in the crypto industry.
Toku provides products that enable crypto-native companies to compliantly compensate their teams with both fiat and tokens across 100 countries. Their growing list of clients includes prominent companies such as Aragon, Astar, dYdX, Filecoin Foundation, Gitcoin, Gnosis, and many more.
The ability to compensate workers with tokens is a major use case for cryptocurrencies. Toku ensures that all necessary worker compensation can be done legally and taxes are properly paid. This is an important aspect of transitioning to a post-regulation crypto industry.
Toku has received $20 million in funding from a consortium led by Blockchain Capital, along with other notable investors. Their notable achievements have been featured in Fortune, Yahoo Finance, and CoinDesk. To learn more about Toku, visit their website.
