Required Experience:
- In-depth familiarity with financial trading systems, particularly in front office, middle office, and back office operations, and solid understanding of the differences from traditional database-backed systems.
- Significant hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and operating financial trading systems, highlighting operational demands under continuous 24/7 operation.
- 8+ years of comprehensive technical experience as a full-time software engineer, alongside 3+ years of successful leadership as a formal people manager for geographically dispersed teams across different time zones.
- Proficiency in leading distributed teams and collaborating cross-functionally to drive outcomes with a focus on long-term service maintenance and code quality.
- Strong background in computer science fundamentals, exceptional problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a knack for learning new concepts.

Preferable Experience Include:
