Our wide array of services caters to over 1500 institutional clients across 50 countries, including regulated entities and major cryptocurrency exchanges.

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to be part of our Custody division. In this role, you will play a vital part in building robust services that allow customers to securely store and access their cryptocurrency while meeting global compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled engineers, nurturing a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
  • Ensure timely delivery and high quality of your team's work
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to create and prioritize your team's roadmap
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly interfaces
  • Develop platforms enabling secure cryptocurrency application building
  • Track and be accountable for key performance indicators related to development processes, product quality, and customer value
  • Act as a positive liaison between engineering teams and product operations, support, compliance, and business stakeholders
  • Align team objectives with broader company goals and client expectations

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong inclination towards automation and streamlining workflows
  • Proficient in debugging complex systems
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting top engineering talent
  • Experience in cross-team and remote collaboration environments
  • Self-driven and adaptive with strong decision-making skills
  • Computer Science or equivalent engineering degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Deep interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in NodeJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, React, and Kafka
  • Experience with microservices and service-oriented architectures
  • Background in large-scale, real-time, and distributed applications
  • Familiarity with Containers and Kubernetes
  • Experience in the financial industry

Pay Transparency Notice

Depending on your level and location, the compensation for this role typically ranges from $185,000 to $235,000 USD per year. Expect equity, an annual performance bonus, and other benefits as part of the package.
