As a TaxBit Enterprise Sales Executive, your primary role is to steer the company’s future commercial expansion by forging connections with potential enterprise clients and converting them into satisfied users.

Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee a specific account list, build a strong pipeline, and strategize for the expansion of businesses with enterprise clients
- Implement outbound tactics to generate and nurture potential leads
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to finalizing deals with upper-middle market and enterprise customers
- Identify pivotal decision-makers within targeted accounts, ensuring that the solution design encompasses end-to-end perspectives. Formulate avenues for future growth through connected business processes post initial sales
- Demonstrate a commitment to customer success throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition to Customer Success and Implementation teams with a well-documented deployment strategy
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to contribute to the product strategy
Professional Qualifications
- At least 7 years of sales experience, selling complex SaaS solutions to large enterprises, particularly in the compliance sector
- Deep interest in blockchain technology and digital assets, and a broad network within the Web3 ecosystem
- Proven track record of excelling in enterprise account sales, consistently surpassing sales quotas
- Capability to comprehend intricate technical requirements, construct solutions across multiple products, and secure deals with various business units in complex organizations
- Strong presentation, collaboration, and communication skills, crucial for engaging multiple stakeholders in face-to-face meetings
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex negotiations involving customized commercial agreements
- Agility in navigating fast-paced and unclear environments, along with maintaining high productivity under time constraints while handling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience in selling to financial institutions and digital asset exchanges is advantageous, and a background in accounting or tax compliance is highly preferred

Compensation
The salary range for this position is between $94,000 and $184,000 per annum. Some roles may include bonus incentives, equity stakes, and benefits. Actual compensation will vary based on factors like location, experience, position level, and qualifications.
