Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and optimize cryptocurrency portfolios by implementing quantitative strategies to ensure consistent returns.
• Develop, backtest, and execute trading strategies within cryptocurrency markets, with a focus on balancing risk and reward.
• Conduct thorough analysis of crypto assets and market patterns to guide data-oriented investment choices.
• Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and technical teams to enhance strategies and boost portfolio performance.
• Monitor and address risks related to trading strategies to uphold alignment with the overall objectives of the firm.
• Regularly update senior management and stakeholders on portfolio performance and risk analysis.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional educational background from a top-tier global institution.
• Ideally, candidates should demonstrate a successful track record in live trading within the Defi sector.
• Enthusiasm for gaining insight into protocol microstructure and design mechanisms.
• Proficient in on-chain research, risk management, and statistical analysis.
• Programming skills in various languages (Python, Rust, Solidity, etc.) to implement, refine, and execute strategies are advantageous.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Extensive understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape, encompassing DeFi, tokenomics, and blockchain technology.
• Keen interest in exploring new technologies and research papers.
