Role Overview: We are in search of a motivated Blocktrade Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our fiat trading business, establish key client relationships, and enhance strategic partnerships. This position requires a strong background in client acquisition, relationship management, and a thorough understanding of the fiat-crypto trading landscape.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Growth Strategy

  • Identify and onboard institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, payment processors, PSPs, and fintech firms for Binance's fiat OTC services.
  • Create and execute a structured sales funnel to convert leads into active trading clients.
  • Implement data-driven insights to refine acquisition strategies, streamline client onboarding processes, and boost retention rates.
  • Drive new business through networking efforts, referrals, and proactive outbound sales activities.
  • Consistently research markets to identify emerging client needs and potential opportunities within the fiat-to-crypto domain.

Relationship Management & Retention

  • Provide tailored market insights, liquidity solutions, and personalized services to enhance client trading experiences.
  • Design and implement loyalty programs and exclusive benefits to bolster client retention rates.

Partnerships & Market Expansion

  • Collaborate with regional business teams to identify growth opportunities and devise market entry strategies.
  • Represent Binance at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility.

Trading & Liquidity Management

  • Collaborate with the OTC trading team to execute significant fiat transactions at competitive prices.
  • Monitor trading activities and client feedback to fine-tune pricing strategies and liquidity offerings through a variety of fiat channels.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with global AML/KYC regulations and internal compliance policies at Binance.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to navigate regulatory frameworks across different jurisdictions.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks associated with fiat transactions.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management in crypto, FX, fintech, or traditional finance sectors.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and supporting client acquisition initiatives.
  • Basic understanding of fiat payment networks, cross-border transactions, and banking relationships within the crypto context.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and excelling in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Sales-oriented, excellent communication skills, and adept at building long-term professional relationships with a strong customer service focus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
