Key Responsibilities
- Managing general ledgers and overseeing end-to-end month-end processing
- Maintaining Fixed Assets and Prepayment Registers
- Providing balance sheet reconciliations, internal management reports, and monthly financial reports
- Supporting in handling statutory accounts and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Collaborating with tax consultants for income tax returns and other tax-related matters
- Participating in process enhancement and system improvement initiatives
- Ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory obligations
- Engaging with external auditors and accountants as necessary
- Handling ad-hoc projects delegated by the Financial Controller and contributing effectively to them
Desired Qualifications
- Chartered accountant background - CPA / CA / ACCA certification is mandatory
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry
- Experience in Tech / MNC dealing with complete PNL operations is advantageous
- Proficiency in advanced Excel skills and familiarity with NetSuite accounting systems
- Displayed proactive approach and capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills alongside the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setup
