Finance Business Partner – Earn

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary finance liaison for the Earn business units, giving proactive financial advice and challenging commercial norms to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage end-to-end profit and loss reporting and analysis for Earn related services (Flexible, Staking, Loan, Structured Products), covering gross revenue, net revenue, cost management, and margin analytics.
- Collaborate with product and business teams on introducing new products, determining pricing structures, and implementing go-to-market strategies, by offering financial feasibility assessments and scenario planning.
- Monitor essential business and financial key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular performance insights for senior management.
- Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for the Earn business sections.
- Identify revenue gaps, cost inefficiencies, and margin enhancement opportunities through well-founded data analysis.
- Coordinate with Accounting and Treasury departments to ensure accurate financial reporting, revenue recognition, and proper balance sheet treatment for Earn liabilities.
- Provide support for regulatory compliance and reporting responsibilities connected to Earn products and OTC/Convert transactions across diverse jurisdictions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; possession of CFA, CPA, or MBA credentials is a plus.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, investment banking, or financial control, preferably in the crypto, fintech, or financial services sectors.
- Deep understanding of crypto Earn products such as flexible savings, staking, structured products, and loans.
- Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner or commercial finance role, demonstrating the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills enabling the translation of complex financial data into tangible, actionable insights.
- Familiarity with crypto asset economics, yield mechanics, spread pricing, and liquidity management is highly advantageous.
- Capable of operating efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth, and uncertain environment.
- A keen interest in and practical knowledge of AI tools for enhanced efficiency and insights in a rapidly evolving digital finance environment.
