Key Responsibilities:

Joining the Finance Operations team, you will be pivotal in designing and enhancing a scalable finance organization to support Circle's growth trajectory. This role involves collaborating with Finance and cross-functional teams to drive Finance transformation initiatives, automate processes, facilitate international expansion, and align with the product roadmap.

Primary Duties:

  • Spearheading Finance transformation projects, such as ERP implementations and process automation, in partnership with various teams.
  • Leading the enhancement of core finance processes through detailed requirement gathering, design, and automation efforts.
  • Implementing effective change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions with new finance systems and processes.
  • Collaborating with Product and internationalization teams to align finance operations for new legal entities and overseas expansion.
  • Establishing robust stakeholder relationships and ensuring scalable financial processes to support company growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 15+ years of experience in finance transformation, preferably in rapidly growing tech companies.
  • Proficiency in Finance operations, internal controls, and financial systems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across different organizational levels.
  • Expertise in change management, process development, and workflow optimization.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable to change, and dedicated to continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.

Additional Details:

This role is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualifying candidates.

Circle is committed to fostering an inclusive financial future and incorporates various elements into compensation packages for equitable ranges. Compensation is influenced by factors like experience, qualifications, and business needs.

  • Base Pay Range: $187,500 - $240,000
  • Annual Bonus Target: 20%
  • Benefits: Equity, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation policy, sick leave, and paid holidays.
