Key Responsibilities:
Joining the Finance Operations team, you will be pivotal in designing and enhancing a scalable finance organization to support Circle's growth trajectory. This role involves collaborating with Finance and cross-functional teams to drive Finance transformation initiatives, automate processes, facilitate international expansion, and align with the product roadmap.
Primary Duties:
- Spearheading Finance transformation projects, such as ERP implementations and process automation, in partnership with various teams.
