To support Ledger's expansion, we seek a new team member to contribute to the embedded firmware team responsible for the hardware wallets’ Operating System and related applications.

Applications for our hardware wallet range cover cryptocurrency support, key management, and security protocols such as PGP, SSH, U2F, among others. Ledger Live offers over 150 apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain secure applications on our operating system.
• Enhance our application development framework.
• Ensure application quality through testing and documentation.
• Deploy new applications to Ledger Live.
• Assist third-party developers.

Key Collaborations:

• Work closely with the OS team for SDK advancements.
• Coordinate with the Security team for software threat analysis and fixes.
• Engage with the Product team for requirement prioritization.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team for user issue resolution.
• Active involvement in the developer community.

Desired Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Embedded C software development.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in Python programming.
• Basic knowledge of cryptography.
• Interest in software and hardware security vulnerabilities and mitigation measures.
