Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as the first full-time marketing professional. This role will involve collaborating closely with the company founders to lead our content marketing efforts.
The primary responsibility will be to develop engaging and data-informed content that educates our target audience, establishes us as authorities in our industry, and drives interest in our services. Working across departments, you will create and share content tailored to our sales funnel, marketing objectives, and overall company vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance current content by identifying opportunities for expansion and optimization.
- Work alongside the founders to devise a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our sales and marketing goals, with a focus on educating audiences on EOR services, token grant management, and compliance matters.
- Create content that supports the entire buyer's journey, from awareness to consideration and decision-making stages.
- Position Toku as a thought leader in the EOR and token grant administration sectors through crafting informative articles, whitepapers, webinars, and case studies.
- Develop content addressing industry trends, regulatory shifts, and critical issues in token payroll, tax compliance, and token-based pay structures.
- Collaborate with internal experts in payroll, tax, and legal fields to produce insightful and authoritative content.
- Utilize data-driven insights to produce content that drives lead generation and guides prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Optimize content for SEO to boost organic search visibility, targeting relevant keywords relating to EOR, payroll, token grants, and crypto industry companies.
- Create engaging, top-quality content like blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Design and maintain content schedules to ensure consistent and timely release across various platforms.
- Monitor and report on key content marketing metrics, including traffic, engagement, lead conversion rates, and SEO performance.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of marketing experience within SaaS or FinTech sectors.
- Proven success in B2B product launches and marketing.
- Strong capabilities in generating scalable marketing content.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
