Responsibilities:
- Lead front-end projects to drive rapid delivery, quality, and business value.
- Be actively involved in coding and key architectural decisions.
- Develop and optimize a responsive, scalable, and secure platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical needs.
- Manage technical debt, enhance system designs, and address legacy system issues effectively.
- Build a cohesive and motivated team to ensure alignment and productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of front-end development experience.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Previous experience with React or Vue is beneficial for our internal framework.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and guide a team of developers.
- Excellent communication abilities to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Capable of remote work with flexible hours and adept time management skills.
