Frontend Engineer - KYC Tech

As part of our team, you will contribute to the KYC product to expand global access to Binance services. We prioritize user satisfaction, follow industry best practices in software development, and foster a culture of freedom and collaboration within our workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Lead front-end projects to drive rapid delivery, quality, and business value.
• Be actively involved in coding and key architectural decisions.
• Develop and optimize a responsive, scalable, and secure platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical needs.
• Manage technical debt, enhance system designs, and address legacy system issues effectively.
• Build a cohesive and motivated team to ensure alignment and productivity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of front-end development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Previous experience with React or Vue is beneficial for our internal framework.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and guide a team of developers.
• Excellent communication abilities to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Capable of remote work with flexible hours and adept time management skills.

• Leadership experience, specifically in mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
• Demonstrated success in project delivery and milestone achievement.
