Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to collaborate with our team in the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of software for various ventures projects. These projects are closely related to our core businesses and involve fast-paced development with a lean team. As part of this role, you will actively contribute to designing different components for scalable applications, ranging from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
Team Overview
The Business Automation team is dedicated to creating innovative software, tools, and automation solutions used to operate a leading secure cryptocurrency company globally.
Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and automate software solutions for internal teams
- Continuously improve distributed and critical services
- Manage project priorities and deliver high-quality, tested code
- Engage in end-to-end web or mobile application development
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (ideally Elixir, Node.js, or Ruby)
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, Kotlin, or Swift
- Strong emphasis on Test Driven Development practices
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
Preferred Skills
- Capability to mentor and teach others
- Understanding of Domain Driven Design and Functional Programming
- Knowledge in DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience in Distributed System Design and Event Driven Design
- Proficiency in Service/site reliability, Application monitoring, and Observability tooling
- Exposure to Blockchain/Web3 Development, Account Auditing, Compliance and KYC, and Customer Relations Management
