Role
In the role of Fullstack Engineer at Alchemy, you will be responsible for developing impactful, user-facing products that are pivotal for blockchain developers in building and troubleshooting blockchain-based applications. Your work will directly impact the development experience of developers and organizations globally.
Responsibilities
- Develop user-facing features for blockchain developers, including tools for operating blockchains and obtaining data from different chains
- Maintain high code quality standards, type safety, and API design best practices
- Collaborate with team members on design, growth strategies, and blockchain infrastructure
- Create onboarding features to assist new blockchain developers in successfully deploying their first applications
- Integrate exciting new blockchain technologies into the web platform
- Address production issues across services and various stack layers
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
- Experience in developing and iterating on user-facing products and web applications with large user bases
- Ability to integrate different services and processes, even if unfamiliar with them
- Proactive attitude with the capacity to implement new ideas independently
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React (or similar), NodeJS, and modern web development tooling
- Experience in developer tools or platforms preferred
- Knowledge of Web3 is a plus
- Entrepreneurial experience or startup background is advantageous
Additional Information
Alchemy offers competitive compensation packages comprising base salary and equity. Comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, 401k, and unlimited flexible time off are also provided.
The base salary for this position ranges from $135,000 to $350,000 annually, excluding bonuses, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and business requirements.
Product Manager – Portfolio Companies

About the role Own product strategy and roadmap for 1–2 portfolio projects (DeFi protocols, trading platforms or RWA infrastructure).

Build and scale Telegram, Discord, X and on-chain communities
Run engagement campaigns, AMAs, airdrops and incentive programs
Create content calendars and growth experiments
Track metrics and report directly to founders

Proven track record of growing communities from 0 to 10k+ active members
Strong writing and meme/game theory skills
