Fundraising Manager

Seedworld is in search of a dynamic and strategic Fundraising Manager to spearhead our efforts in capital raising and establish strong connections with investors. This position suits individuals enthusiastic about the Web3, blockchain, and gaming industry, showcasing a track record in securing funding and navigating the ever-changing investment landscape.

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, interacting with prominent investors, and representing the company at industry functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Devise and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy
• Identify and engage potential investors such as venture capital firms, angel investors, and strategic partners
• Create and deliver compelling pitch decks and presentations
• Oversee the entire fundraising process, from initial contact to closing deals
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with current and potential investors
• Stay informed about market trends, investor inclinations, and regulatory updates
• Collaborate with the executive team to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with company strategy
• Monitor and report on the progress of fundraising endeavors
• Represent the company at pertinent conferences, networking events, and industry gatherings
• Collaboate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to understand company progress and requirements
• Maintain relationships with existing investors by keeping them informed and engaged with the company's advancements

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising or business development, specifically within technology or gaming sectors
• Sound understanding of the Web3 and blockchain environment, particularly in relation to gaming and NFTs
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in establishing and nurturing relationships with investors and stakeholders
• Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques is advantageous
