Responsibilities:

• Sustainable Points System Design & Development: Take charge of developing a sustainable points ecosystem, from crafting fundamental rules such as points tasks and tiered levels to overseeing points issuance, acquisition, consumption, recycling, validity period, and inflation control. Ensure the system maintains stable value anchoring with controllable operational costs.

• Data-Driven Operations & Risk Control: Develop key metrics, implement anti-cheating and anti-abuse measures, and ensure the long-term stability and healthy functioning of the points system by monitoring metrics like redemption rates, inflation rates, and cost expenditures.

• Cross-Team Collaboration & Implementation: Work collaboratively with various internal teams including Product, Design, business units, regional teams, Risk, PR, and Customer Service to establish guidelines for benefit display and user communications. Integrate the points system seamlessly into business activities to enhance user understanding and minimize potential grievances.

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of Professional Experience: Demonstrated expertise in designing user incentive programs, membership systems, or economic systems within industries such as gaming, e-commerce, and fintech. Proven track record of leading successful end-to-end projects, particularly in establishing and implementing points systems from the ground up.

• Strong Logical & Mathematical Competence: Proficient in independently handling points balance calculations, cost estimation, and long-term inflation forecasting. Proficiency in utilizing advanced Excel formulas and basic SQL is mandatory.

• Fintech & Compliance Acumen: Sound understanding of financial product logic, familiarity with investor protection protocols, and compliance boundaries to prevent incentivizing high-risk behaviors.

• Excellent Cross-Team Collaboration Skills: Ability to effectively collaborate and reach consensus with diverse cross-functional teams such as compliance, risk control, and product development.

• Bilingual English/Mandarin: Essential for coordinating with international partners; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in game numerical planning: Hands-on experience in numerical design and balance adjustment in the gaming industry to optimize stability and logic within points economic systems.

• Fintech or securities brokerage background: Knowledge of cross-regional compliance disparities and regulatory principles, enabling adaptation of incentive systems to different regulatory frameworks.

• Advanced data analysis capabilities: Proficiency in Python or SQL, with the ability to independently create and enhance points liability forecasting models for improved operational efficiency and risk management.
