Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Possession of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and authorization to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Sound understanding of securities laws and regulations, particularly in relation to digital assets.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in advising on token offerings, cryptocurrency exchanges, and decentralized finance (DeFi) initiatives.
  • Awareness of global cryptocurrency regulations and compliance prerequisites.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving talents, alongside the capacity to offer pragmatic, business-focused legal advice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities to elucidate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
