Job Summary
The General Manager will oversee the overall operations of a retail business in Macau. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Manage all aspects of the retail business, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.
- Cultivate relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of business strategies.
- Lead and guide a team of employees as necessary.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
