Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Security Analyst

As a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Security Analyst at Swyftx, you'll have a vital role in supporting risk management, privacy, and information security endeavors. Your contributions will help maintain and advance these critical facets within our organization.

You will collaborate with the GRC Security team and other business units to ensure seamless implementation of policies and procedures. Leveraging your understanding of our organization, you will identify areas for enhancement and drive necessary changes to bolster operational efficiency.

This position is a hybrid role, with team members convening at our Milton office on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Swyftx’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) and security certifications.
• Support risk management, privacy, and information security initiatives.
• Keep abreast of security and privacy standards to enhance Swyftx’s practices.
• Aid in planning and executing external IT and security audits.
• Coordinate internal audits and conduct continuous control monitoring and testing.
• Contribute to defining, tracking, and reporting on Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
• Assist in operating Security Risk Management and Third-Party Assurance programs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with ISMS in a similar industry.
• Demonstrated success in attaining and maintaining certification standards like ISO and SOC 2.
• Preferred InfoSec certifications such as CISSP, CISA, and CEH.
• Pragmatic approach to security and privacy compliance, striving for process improvements.
• Outstanding attention to detail and adept task execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills, offering creative and effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders across all levels.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000 annually.
