RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customize, configure, and deliver high-quality solutions for clients using our platform and tech stack.
• Develop and deliver new features end-to-end using Java, Kotlin, and TypeScript, from design and coding to testing and deployment.
• Collaborate directly with users to comprehend their requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues, working with the team to craft scalable and elegant solutions.
• Engage across the software delivery lifecycle from requirement gathering and architecture design to development, deployment, and successful implementation.
• Create rapid proof-of-concept builds to exhibit possibilities, explore new concepts, and guide clients in decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or other technical fields.
• Some coding experience preferred to facilitate a quick start.
• Ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical audiences, simplifying complex technical topics and transforming ideas into solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies.
• Excellent organizational skills, proactive attitude, and capacity to manage tasks efficiently.
• Genuine curiosity, adaptability, and keen interest in technology.
• Strong work ethic and readiness to go the extra mile when required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Salary range: £25,000 - £25,000 per year
