Grants Operations Manager
The Arbitrum Foundation, located in the Cayman Islands, is dedicated to fostering the growth of the Arbitrum ecosystem, which includes the Instant Scalable Apps, Arbitrum One, and the low-cost fee solution, Arbitrum Nova.
Arbitrum is currently a frontrunner in Ethereum scaling solutions, boasting significant market share and serving hundreds of applications with over 50% liquidity on the rollup platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting grant applicants in understanding and navigating the application process, and ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Addressing applicant queries related to eligibility, documentation, and submission protocols.
- Reviewing grant applications to ensure completeness and accuracy of provided information.
- Maintaining systematic records of applications, agreements, and other relevant documentation.
- Developing and managing a centralized database for tracking application status, awards, and reporting obligations.
- Creating and distributing grant-related documents such as award letters, contracts, and reporting templates.
- Keeping applicants informed on application status and providing updates throughout the review process.
- Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders for additional application insights and clarifications.
- Supporting grantees in understanding reporting criteria and deadlines.
- Monitoring and evaluating grant program effectiveness.
- Working with the Grant Manager to recognize areas for process enhancements and criteria improvement.
- Providing valuable feedback based on interactions with applicants and grantees to enhance the grant program experience.
