Your responsibilities will include designing for Candy Digital collections, creating impactful marketing campaigns from inception to execution, and possessing a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
- Translate brand values and creative concepts into innovative visual and functional design solutions.
- Develop end-to-end digital collectible experiences by ideating and crafting designs.
- Lead art direction and asset creation for omnichannel marketing initiatives.
- Blend design principles with critical thinking to refine and solve design challenges.
- Establish consistent design language across various touchpoints and create visual guides.
- Work closely with Product and Tech teams to shape site design and direction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Community teams to implement designs across channels.
- Explore new opportunities for experimentation and growth.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant design experience.
- Strong passion for Web3, sports, and entertainment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma).
- Interest in working with new production pipelines.
- Experience in designing for social and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to produce high-quality designs and effectively organize design files.
- Mastery of design fundamentals such as typography, interaction design, and storytelling.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across different formats.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts to colleagues and partners.

Total Compensation Range (Base + Equity): $65-90k per year
Salary and equity structure will be determined based on candidate assessment and seniority during the interview process.
