Role Responsibilities:
- Monitor the voice and text quality of customer service agents daily to uphold service standards.
- Establish quality monitoring guidelines and rules for incentives and penalties to enhance service excellence constantly.
- Recommend improvement measures tailored to business needs to elevate the customer service center's operational efficacy.
- Analyze and address business, process, product, operations, and personnel issues through quality checks.
- Prepare monthly reports, implement effective enhancement strategies, monitor progress, and optimize monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.
- Lead improvements on individual and process levels based on quality inspections and case assessments.
Key Qualifications:
- Over 2 years of experience in quality inspection within customer service centers, able to conduct effective case reviews.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to engage with Mandarin-speaking counterparts in China and Hong Kong.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with strong writing skills.
- Proficient in customer service quality inspection standards and processes.
