Responsibilities:

- Identifying growth opportunities by thoroughly analyzing user acquisition channels, onboarding processes, and user engagement strategies.
- Creating and executing A/B tests and experimentation plans to optimize conversion funnels, enhance user engagement, and foster growth.

Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field; having an advanced degree is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience as a Growth Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar position in a high-paced tech environment, preferably in the Web3 or blockchain realm.
- Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and segmentation techniques.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or comparable platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and growth hacking strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating data insights into practical recommendations for cross-functional teams.
- Deep interest in blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the Web3 ecosystem.
