We are in need of a talented and experienced copywriter to join our dynamic Growth Creative Team at Crypto.com. You will collaborate closely with our Creative Director to create visually engaging digital content for various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, keep up with digital trends, and excel at transforming concepts into compelling visuals. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely and requires familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Create captivating content for digital platforms including social media, websites, video, email, and in-app materials.
• Tailor content for different advertising channels like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
• Collaborate with teams across Acquisition, CRM, and Analytics to develop effective copy solutions.
• Research and generate ideas to craft engaging messages for target audiences.
• Develop customized messaging for diverse customer segments to enhance engagement and conversions.
• Write content for various formats such as push notifications, emails, blogs, and more while maintaining collaboration and creativity with the team.
• Stay updated on current trends and news to leverage content opportunities.
• Solicit feedback and validation from internal teams to ensure consistency and quality in all written materials.
• Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with precision.
• Utilize AI tools proficiently to create compelling visuals and content.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in fintech/blockchain content writing.
• Ability to create impactful content and a robust portfolio demonstrating work in the crypto industry, product descriptions, CRM content, and advertising campaigns.
• Profound understanding of the crypto landscape including cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, industry trends, and audience preferences.
• Proficiency in writing for different channels and formats like social media, websites, emails, and push notifications, adapting tone and style for each platform.
• Aptitude for developing strategic copywriting approaches aligned with business goals.
• Experience collaborating effectively with diverse teams to execute campaigns successfully and ensure brand consistency.
• Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and analyzing campaign performance for optimization.
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment, embracing feedback and iteration for continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in crafting engaging long-form content for CRM campaigns to drive desired actions.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling copy that builds connections and drives actions.
