Growth Creative Director
The Growth Creative Director role requires a strategic creative leader to establish the creative direction for comprehensive performance campaigns spanning from awareness to conversion. This position entails integrating brand-level strategy, data-driven optimization, and deep expertise in various channels to produce impactful creative work that seamlessly reaches audiences across social and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Define creative strategies for growth and performance campaigns across different funnels, tailoring narratives, testing roadmaps, and creative territories for a range of digital platforms.
Deeply understand the product, customer journeys, and brand positioning to create customized creative approaches for various audience segments through each stage of the marketing funnel.
Translate business and marketing goals into coherent creative briefs for team members and external partners to ensure alignment with growth KPIs.
Collaborate closely with performance marketing, growth, content strategy, and analytics teams to leverage data insights in refining creative concepts, formats, and messaging.
Establish and manage a structured creative experimentation framework to test hypotheses on content formats, offers, and visual styles across different channels.
Drive advancements in creative ideation, production speed, and content personalization at scale through the use of AI and automation tools, while maintaining a strong brand voice and visual identity.
Oversee the development of channel-specific creative content on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, display ads, CRM, and landing pages, adhering to best practices for each platform.
Lead brainstorms and concept sprints to generate innovative ideas that balance big brand messaging with performance-driven concepts.
Maintain alignment with brand, product, and marketing stakeholders to ensure growth creatives complement broader brand positioning and achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
Foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing within the team by codifying best practices and creating playbooks for high-performing creatives.
Requirements:
8-10+ years of experience in creative roles within digital/creative agencies or in high-growth in-house teams, specifically focusing on performance-oriented environments.
Proven track record of driving measurable growth through creative campaigns across various social and digital channels.
Strong comprehension of performance marketing principles, experimentation techniques, and key growth metrics to make data-informed creative decisions.
Previous experience using AI tools to optimize workflows and generate channel-specific creative variations at scale.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including a background in managing and mentoring diverse creative teams.
Ability to build and sustain a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing team culture that encourages feedback, continuous learning, and shared accountability for results.
In-depth knowledge of social and digital platforms, ad formats, and creative best practices, particularly for direct-response and lower-funnel marketing campaigns.
