- About The Role
As the Growth Creative Lead at Immutable, your key responsibility will involve shaping and defining the narrative of Immutable as the premier web3 gaming platform. This role's significance is undeniable; it will influence Immutable's positioning, metrics, and outreach to millions of players and community members.
A pivotal and impactful role, this position will guide business development communication, strategic positioning, and user onboarding onto the Immutable ecosystem, targeting billions of potential players.
Given it falls under our Studio team, a strong inclination towards gaming expertise or interest is preferred!
Opportunities You'll Have
- Be ingrained in all aspects of the company, assimilating product strategy, long-term vision, competitor mapping, and technical analysis to formulate a cohesive narrative and growth plan for all departments
- Rise as a thought figure in the realm of web3, capable of translating data into a captivating story that attracts millions to Immutable's mission within web3 gaming
- Curate diverse content swiftly, including creative memes, ads, copy, narratives, videos, etc., for distribution and experimentation across various channels
- Collaborate closely with our founders to devise cross-functional growth experiments, tackling unique challenges with innovative solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure uniformity in narrative and content alignment with channels
- Source and authenticate stories, while incorporating input into story crafting from communities, channels, and partners' potential narrative ideas
- Engage across multiple channels like Twitter, Discord, official website, digital marketing campaigns, community platforms, and internal communication strategies
- Enjoy creative liberties in explaining intricate technological advancements in a simplistic, entertaining, and appealing manner
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience with narrative, storytelling, or content creation in the gaming domain
- Demonstrated ability in devising engaging and popular content
- Strong academic background, showcasing exceptional long-form writing aptitude
- Willingness to immerse and comprehend the web3 landscape and crypto-Twitter culture
