In the third quarter of 2022, HQ.xyz successfully completed a $5M pre-seed funding round co-led by MassMutual Ventures, Crypto.com Capital, and Forge Ventures. This round also saw participation from various other funds like Longhash Ventures, DWF Labs, January Capital, FEBE, FJ Labs, and well-known Web3 operators including the co-founders of Nansen & Etherscan.

Growth Data & Analytics Intern Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Growth Data & Analytics Intern to contribute to data visualization and analytics projects aimed at monitoring performance metrics and enhancing our product offerings. As a member of our team, you will engage in hands-on tasks and refine your problem-solving abilities.

Duties

  • Gather and analyze data from diverse sources, including core Product Metrics, Website analytics, and CRM data
  • Conduct SQL queries and analysis, work with Quicksight analytics for dashboarding, and utilize tools like Excel/R for regression analysis and other models to identify correlations and behavior patterns
  • Aid the Engineering team in constructing data and product analytics infrastructure
  • Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate discoveries to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to explore and test novel growth strategies

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or others for data manipulation, analysis, and automation
  • Strong grasp of data visualization techniques; experience with tools like Tableau is a plus but not obligatory
  • An adept problem solver who can think ahead and resolve issues independently
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, showcasing proactive and hands-on behavior with a drive for taking action
  • Demonstrate grit, tenacity, and adaptability to excel in a startup environment
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with relevant stakeholders
  • Proficient in utilizing tools like Google Docs, especially Google Sheets
  • Interest in blockchain technology and Web3 solutions
  • Background in Accounting/Finance would be beneficial but not mandatory.
