Growth Data Scientist/Analyst
We are looking for a talented Growth Data Scientist/Analyst to join our dynamic Growth team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in utilizing data to support strategic decision-making, enhance growth initiatives, and improve user acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Data Analysis and Visualization:
Create and manage interactive dashboards in Tableau for both regular and ad-hoc reporting needs, aiding various growth functions and leadership teams.
Develop and optimize SQL queries to analyze large datasets, enabling initiatives like user acquisition improvements and campaign performance assessments.
Manage Data Operations and Engineering:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data infrastructure, ensuring the accuracy and scalability of data pipelines.
Automate recurring data workflows, manage SQL automation, and document processes to boost efficiency and data reliability.
Implement Advanced Data Analysis and Modeling:
Build advanced analytical models for marketing strategies, such as predictive analytics and marketing mix modeling, offering valuable insights for campaign planning.
Utilize statistical techniques and business intelligence tools to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
Oversee Project Management and Problem Solving:
Work closely with stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions and ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives.
Stay updated on industry tools and methodologies to enhance data science and analytics capabilities continuously.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field like Computer Science or Statistics.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field, preferably in the Crypto and Technology industry.
- Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, and Tableau for data processing, analysis, and visualization.
- Experience with statistical software like R or Python and data manipulation libraries.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and an ability to present complex data insights effectively.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and SensorTower.
- Excellent communication skills to convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
