**F&A Team **
The F&A team encompasses a variety of functions including Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. Working collaboratively, the team enhances our global finance initiatives, emphasizing attention to detail and multitasking across diverse and engaging project scopes.
Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to outline project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies with a focus on strategic priorities.
- Identify and address project risks and issues effectively.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and support overarching business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to design, develop, and enhance solutions utilizing a blend of system, data, process, digital, and other automation tools.
- Contribute to the maintenance of Finance systems for smooth operational support to end-users.
Requirements
- Preferably 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst within a fast-paced MNC/startup; candidates with varying experience levels will be considered.
- Strong data-informed work approach with user-centric focus.
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative-taking, and result-oriented practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong strategic vision and innovative thinking.
- Proficiency in evaluating and implementing digital tools and technologies such as cloud platforms, data analytics, and automation tools.
- Experience with AI tools is advantageous.
- Previous involvement in Finance transformation arena.
- Knowledge of the crypto industry is a plus.
